I am behind in sharing the recordings of the Poetry Science Cafes, so here’s a trifecta for you. Plus, I marked the times where the poets take the stage. 🙂

If you’re a new visitor or subscriber, I join a few other members of Living Poetry every once in a while at the North Carolina Museum of Natural Science’s Science Cafes. While we listen to the speaker, we each write a poem inspired by their talk.
You always post the coolest content. I live in the Bay Area, home of the beat Poets, yet I don’t know that we have such creative venues. I’ve been writing like crazy this month – finished three Flash fiction pieces and two poems. My brain is like mush. Then last night I stayed up way too late watching a movie with James Franco starring as a guy, true story, avid hiker and climber, who fell into a crevasse and got wedged in a very thin space, one arm jammed into a huge rock and stayed there for five days. Made me so stressed. Have to write a bio today for the San Francisco Lit Crawl I’ll be participating in in October. Gonna take a break after that…
